You will be a hands-on player-coach, owning outreach and qualification while also helping to design the BDR/SDR process, playbooks and best practices.
You will use modern tools (HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.) and AI to build signal-based, multi-channel plays that generate qualified meetings and pipeline across both partners and direct prospects.
You will manage the sales process from lead generation through to contract close, working closely with the Sales Manager, wider sales team, engineering, management, and marketing teams to deliver technically sound and commercially compelling solutions. The role is fully remote and based in the United Kingdom.
You will identify and engage with decision-makers, conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team. In addition to scheduling and coordinating the first meeting with prospects, you will attend the meetings and help transition the lead-to-client experience.
