You will be a good listener, resilient with a good level of customer service experience and have a level of common sense to be able to look at the bigger picture when providing solutions. Salary DOE £26-28k - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

You will have strong attention to detail as you will be reviewing client documentation, ensuring the information is comprehensive and accurate to support the quoting process

You must have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts to ensure we meet expectations and compliance standards

You will be working with dedicated Insurers or Policyholders to manage their Property Damage claims through to settlement including repair stage where you will utilise your technical knowledge by building scopes from evidence gathered such as photos, videos and agree cash settlements.
