You will be responsible for investigating, resolving, and responding to complaints which could carry a financial, regulatory, or reputational implication for the business, as well as playing a pivotal role in helping drive client centric change that includes investigating and addresses root causes.
You will be highly professional with a confident demeanour, as well as being extremely driven and highly ambitious. Salary on offer is £40-50k depending on the role, and your level of experience, plus pension. Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, and is office based.
You will have a strong grounding and understanding of commercial Insurance products particularly property, casualty and motor and be keen to develop in your career.
You should also be confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels and have a wider skill set that includes strong communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, sales and IT Skills.
