You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to elderly patients.
You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of geriatric conditions, both in inpatient and outpatient settings.
You will also perform various procedures, manage emergency cases, and provide support in the geriatric emergency department.
You will work in a service line triumvirate with the Clinical Lead and the Service Manager, with a particular focus on day-to-day management of nursing/midwifery services across their areas of responsibility.
You will be responsible for ensuring provision of high quality, safe, well-governed, productive and cost-effective services which support the Trust in delivering its strategic objectives.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and will contribute to the rehabilitation of patients with a range of conditions.
