You will work in a service line triumvirate with the Clinical Lead and the Service Manager, with a particular focus on day-to-day management of nursing/midwifery services across their areas of responsibility.

You will be responsible for ensuring provision of high quality, safe, well-governed, productive and cost-effective services which support the Trust in delivering its strategic objectives.

You will help facilitate learning for the provision of 14-16 students at all levels in our vibrant College.

You will be working with cross college curriculum teams, as well as liaising with external agencies, to support students and their learning.

You will contribute to the planning and delivery of support for a variety of subjects and for learners with learning difficulties and disabilities.

You will be required to demonstrate strong leadership skills and be confident to work as an autonomous practitioner with a focus on complex assessment and discharge planning.

You will be supported in your role directly by the Clinical Specialist OT. Peer support will be provided by the existing B7 physio's and OT's and plenty of CPD opportunities are available.

You will have experience in working with teams of support professionals to ensure every student is supported to achieve their academic milestones. Strong communication skills are a must, and your ability to relate your knowledge with passion and fun will be key to our student’s success.

You will have a Level 7 SpLD qualification and current Assessment Practicing Certificate (APC).

You will teach and assess on a range of Art & Design courses, taking a central role on our Level 3 Graphics & Photography programme.

You will collaborate with colleagues, engage in professional development, implement equality and diversity policies, ensure student safety and adhere to health and safety standards.

You will work closely with teaching staff and support teams to monitor attendance, identify students who may be at risk, and ensure they receive the right interventions. Beyond academic support, you will contribute to enrichment activities, promote wellbeing, and help create a welcoming and inclusive environment that reflects the spirit of Redbridge campus.
