You will manage and report all engineering requirements as per company policies and processes. We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we're also committed to supporting flexible working where possible. You will produce drawings, facilitate discussions, communicate complex technical issues, and prepare civil/structural design estimates and work plan. Your recommendations will ensure designs and work plans are in accordance with project scope, schedule, budget, regulations, and standards.
You will already be/ have been operating within a Professional Services (Accountancy) environment either within an agency or in-house context and be passionate about in-house recruitment. Practice Recruitment Experience would be beneficial to an application. Solid recruitment sourcing experience– utilising research and market mapping methodology.
