You will serve as the primary point of contact for users needing assistance with account management, platform navigation, and complex troubleshooting. - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and live chat. - Guide customers through step-by-step procedures to resolve technical difficulties using clear, non-technical language.

You will have access to induction, regular supervision, peer support meetings and management and practice development forums within the organisation. What You Will Need to Succeed Good team-working skills and a positive attitude are essential qualities

You will be expected to resolve incidents and service requests at first contact covering a wide range of services.

You will have previous experience of working within an IT support environment and you will have technical skills gained from supporting users at all levels using PCs, mobile devices and the suite of Microsoft 365 applications.

You will advise the Chief Executive and the Care Inspectorate Board on the implementation and development of policy, strategy, procedures and practice within these areas and ensure that corporate governance standards are upheld.
