You must be a warm, caring and trustworthy individual who is committed to the welfare of others. Due to the range and abilities of service users in the Carlisle area you will need to be familiar with or willing to train to a high level of understanding and empathy to support older adults with dementia.
You will be paid on a weekly basis.
You will be required to work on a rota flexibly to include weekends and bank holidays. The role includes providing personal care and the administration of medication and you will develop warm and trusting relationships with service users, enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest.
