Service Line Manager jobs in London
You will have a broad range of technical skills across technology such as Windows Server, O365, Azure, Azure AD, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Networking, WAN, Wireless, Router, Switches.
You will have a customer first mindset with exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
You will have a minimum of 2 years professional IT support experience in a customer facing role.
You will be able to evidence experience supporting a range of tools and technologies including O365 and preferably have experience with Azure and Cisco products.
You will be able to demonstrate exemplary customer care skills.
You will be responsible for supporting a wide range of IT systems including Windows operating environments (Windows 10 & 11), Office 365 applications, mobile devices (Android/Apple), VPNs, multi-factor authentication tools, Exchange email services and more.
You will also contribute ideas for continuous improvement within the department while adhering strictly to data protection requirements.
