You will be responsible for leading a dedicatedmultidisciplinary team, maintaining clinical governance standards, overseeingservice development, and ensuring compliance with CQC and other regulatoryframeworks. Main duties of the job Lead and manage the SARC team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred services.
You will combine management leadership with two clinical days each week, while guiding a team who deliver safe, compassionate and high quality care.
