You will be working with children and young people, between the ages of 5 and 18, who are victims of sexual violence and sexual abuse.
You will be required to provide a high-quality frontline service to victims, ensuring that support is trauma-informed and tailored to the individual needs of the child/young person.
You will ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and foster a culture of continuous improvement—essential to our collective success.
You will be fostering a positive work environment and sharing knowledge with colleagues, which is integral to our success. Proficient level of Health and Safety/CDM management.
You will be able to demonstrate the following key knowledge, skills, behaviours and experience:Minimum of two years experience supporting survivors of sexual violence. Demonstrable experience of working in a strengths based, trauma informed way. Experience of building a rapport with survivors of abuse in an trusting, empathetic way whilst maintaining own personal boundaries.
You must have the ability to work under pressure and be interested in personal development of leadership skills.
