You must have experience of managing timescales and budget restrictions.
You will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects at one time from all aspects from budgets, planning through to on time delivery.
You will source and coordinate contractors and all materials for projects.
You will be reporting to your line manager with the result and liaising with the clients to so they have a clear idea on if they are any problems and how they can solve it. The ideal candidate will be a motivated candidate with an interest in construction, as well as someone who is happy to travel and stay at sites nationwide and holds a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to those sites.
