You must have experience of managing timescales and budget restrictions.
You will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects at one time from all aspects from budgets, planning through to on time delivery.
You will source and coordinate contractors and all materials for projects.
You will be doing this by collecting samples of materials mainly steel and concrete. As well as doing both intrusive and non-intrusive testing on a number of projects. Also you will be supervising a number of other technicians and ensure work is being completed to a high standard.
