You will coordinate inputs from estimating, operations, and H&S teams, maintain bid libraries, and prepare handover packs for successful bids. This role would suit a Bid Coordinator with bid management experience, strong 3D modelling skills, and a keen eye for detail.
You will lead client engagements, manage project lifecycles from feasibility through to completion, and support strategic business development initiatives.
You will also be responsible for two direct reports, with the opportunity to mentor and develop junior talent within the team.
You will be the key liaison between the client's project team, operations staff, the main contractor and all external consultants, to ensure that the refurbishment programmes are delivered efficiently to time, budget and with minimal disruption to the daily operation of the business.
You will manage a range of projects, from customer enquiry through to completion.
You will report directly to the managing director and will learn every aspect of self-storage development.
