You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The role is primarily office-based in Birmingham, with regular site visits across the West Midlands. This role would suit an experienced BMS Project Manager with a strong track record delivering projects from design through to handover.
You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
You will also ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, prepare and present project reports and documentation, and identify and mitigate potential risks associated with projects.
You will manage multidisciplinary design teams, coordinate technical delivery, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required technical and commercial standards. The role requires a balance of leadership, design understanding, client engagement, and commercial awareness.
