You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The role is primarily office-based in Birmingham, with regular site visits across the West Midlands. This role would suit a BMS professional with hands-on project experience who is organised, proactive, and looking to take ownership of projects.

You will manage multidisciplinary design teams, coordinate technical delivery, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required technical and commercial standards. The role requires a balance of leadership, design understanding, client engagement, and commercial awareness.

You will be working for a known organisation based in Birmingham. This role is outside scope of IR35 and is to start as soon as possible. The contract length is between 3-6 months. The requirement to be on-site is 2-3 days.
