You will be joining a local authority within South Wales, working in the Economic Development Directorate as part of the County Estates / Direct Capital Maintenance (DCM) Team.
You will ensure all works are delivered safely, to specification, within agreed timescales and budgets, and in line with relevant legislation and internal governance requirements.
You will be the key link between clients, engineers, and the office team, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.
You will also play a crucial part in shaping operations as the company grows, managing other project managers and contributing to long-term strategy.
You will be required to develop a brief, procure and deliver the project, ensuring all stakeholders are kept up-to-date. The role will require you to work between the office in Liverpool and to also have a presence on site in Wrexham.
You will be an experienced construction Project Manager, ideally holding membership in the APM, CIOB, RICS, CABE etc.
