You will lead a sizeable payroll function supporting a large, multi-sited workforce and play a key role in maintaining compliance, driving improvement and supporting wider business change.
You will be expected to juggle operational excellence with multiple projects and shifting priorities.
You will lead payroll operations across multiple markets. This includes overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll for store, warehouse, and head office colleagues, in line with global processes, while ensuring compliance with local labour laws, retail-specific scheduling practices, and union or collective agreements where applicable.
You will be joining an established organisation and finance team to add extra experience and bandwidth as a result of their growth. You'll work closely with the Financial Controller and transactional finance colleagues as well as gain exposure to the CFO and wider operational teams in the business.
