You will be reporting into the Head of Payroll, overseeing the following responsibilities;
You will have strong knowledge of UK and international end-to-end payroll, excellent IT skills and attention to detail.
You will bring a wealth of operational experience in payroll and people management.
You will play a key role in shaping practice standards, driving performance, and embedding high-quality decision-making within a fast-paced safeguarding environment.
You will take the lead on high-risk Strategy Meetings on a rotational basis and support the Team Manager with key operational functions including referral “ragging”, allocations, and authorisation of Social Worker assessments.
You will have line management responsibility for up to 5 team members and oversee the wider Finance Reporting team of up to 15 colleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain all financial systems and control procedures, identifying and implementing improvements to support business growth.
