You will be responsible for identifying and actively pursuing sales opportunities and at the same time maintaining existing business, whilst always displaying exemplary customer service and patient focus.

You will be required to conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, product training for clinical staff as well as supporting cases in operating theatres.

You will need to develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sector, including key opinion leaders, surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement and finance professionals.

You will be a proactive, self-motivated field sales professional with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. - Likely to already have field sales experience within or around the construction industry. - Experience could come from a manufacturer, distributor or merchant, ranging from heavy-side building materials, KBB & interiors, heating & plumbing.

You will embed into a high-growth deep-tech business as their dedicated recruiter, operating day-to-day as an extension of the internal People function.

You will be working in highly specialised markets where credibility, precision, and persistence matter.

You will be expected to recruit for highly specialised positions including (examples):

You will oversee contractual commitments, manage cost control, and proactively challenge and support project teams to deliver best-value outcomes. You will be responsible for delivering all duties of the Health and Fitness Instructor to a high standard, with direction from the Gym and Fitness Manager.

You will also contribute to the ongoing development of the ASW gym, including fitness classes, programming, personal training, group sessions, and community health and fitness initiatives.
