You will act as a senior representative of the business, working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams while reporting directly to the Managing Director.
You will be an experienced operational leader with a strong background in building services or engineering environments.
You will be a hands-on player-coach, owning outreach and qualification while also helping to design the BDR/SDR process, playbooks and best practices.
You will use modern tools (HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.) and AI to build signal-based, multi-channel plays that generate qualified meetings and pipeline across both partners and direct prospects.
