You will work as part of a supportive team and contribute to the smooth running of invoice processing and internal helpdesk support.
You will also act as a first point of contact for helpdesk enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring queries are logged, resolved, or escalated appropriately.
You will manage a portfolio of Defined Benefit schemes, responsible for "cradle to grave" pension administration.
You will check work/peer review, train/mentor junior staff, complex cases and attend client/trustee meetings.
