Learning Support Coordinator jobs in Middlesbrough

You will work alongside the web developer and the Directors will be around to help with training you.

You will also be responsible for onboarding clients and facilitating the administration process, whilst ensuring the user feels confident using the platform to manage their Safe System of Work (SSOW) process effectively.

You will be required to support learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring to maximise student attainment.

You will monitor and support all students in the year group, both academically and behaviourally.

You will work closely with the Inclusion Coordinator and the Leadership Team on improving student behaviour, attendance and outcomes.

You will have skills in positive communication and engagement and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support across Linthorpe.

You will have the confidence to be able to work within a positive behaviour support framework, to accept responsibility and to develop as a skilled practitioner.

You must have a minimum of 12 months experience working alongside people with learning disabilities and or mental health issues. Must hold a full UK drivers license. Medications training is an advantage but if you don’t have this, we can offer training. Oliver McGowan training is an advantage but if you don't have this we can offer training.

You will learn industry-recognised methodologies, including business process modelling, stakeholder analysis, and requirements engineering, while building practical experience with real-world case studies.
