You will play a pivotal role in promoting a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where every child feels valued and empowered. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Residential Support Workers. Ensure the home operates in compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

You will take an active part in maintaining, developing and improving Plant machinery and services. This will involve a variety of duties ranging from promptly repairing breakdowns to installing new equipment.

You will also ensure that Health & Safety and Quality Standards are achieved.

You will coach and develop a multi-skilled team, addressing line losses, performance issues whilst developing technical skills which set priorities for reliability and loss reduction. Managing the shift-to-shift handover procedures, you will create robust planned stops, drive out losses and ensure each team member understands their roles and actions to deliver production results.

You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensuring that our residents are comfortable in their home.

You will also support Care Assistants in their development.

You will also be kind and have a real genuine like for older people and their needs, ensuring we treat everyone with the respect and dignity they deserve.
