You will be supporting adults with mental health illnesses on a person centred basis. Tasks will include following a care plan, medication administering, accessing the community & domestic tasks such as support with shopping and daily living tasks.

You will support customers to maintain a high degree of health and wellbeing by providing high quality care within provider services ensuring that they are treated with respect and their dignity is maintained.

You will offer support to encourage them to realise their goals and aspirations and you will also assist them to develop strong links within the community.

You will facilitate social inclusion and community links and to promote their physical and mental wellbeing, confidence and independence.

You will demonstrate the values that are essential for a role of this nature such as warmth, compassion and unconditional positive regard.
