You will support interns to learn their placement tasks and provide the necessary coaching, training and encouragement to succeed.
You will work closely with mentors on the host site to ensure they are supported and can confidently manage and train their intern.
You will need to have high expectations of people with learning disabilities and have excellent coaching skills.
You will: •Support KS3/4 pupils with SEMH needs and behaviour difficulties. •Use de-escalation and restorative strategies to manage behaviour.
