You will provide strategic leadership, manage a committed workforce, and transform services for patients in Wales. The role offers an opportunity to enhance recruitment and retention among multidisciplinary teams, and your clinical expertise will drive integrated service changes.
You will be fully involved in the life and work of the nursery, providing invaluable support and helping to contribute towards high quality early learning & childcare.
You will work within an enthusiastic and hard-working team to create enriching experiences for children.
You will be a reliable, patient and innovative individual, who will work effectively in partnership with others.
You will be willing to register with the SSSC, join the PVG Scheme and work in line with the Christian ethos and values of CrossReach.
You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
You will be supporting seven men across two separate dwellings, helping them to live independently and enjoy life to the fullest.
You will work as part of a rota-based team covering the following shifts:

You will be joining our amazing team of Support Workers who already operate the small outreach service that is situated in Dedridge. Our support workers support our people using a person centred approach to live in their own homes and to live their lives to their full potential and be included in the community.
You will combine your clinical expertise with sound strategic acumen and inspiring leadership to oversee the delivery of integrated transformational service change which will benefit the whole Cwm Taf Morgannwg and commissioned population. In doing so you will be unwavering in maintaining a focus on quality, improved patient experience, and ensuring equitable access to services.
You will be willing to register with the SSSC, join the PVG Scheme and work in line with the Christian ethos and values of CrossReach.
You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
You will support people to identify and work towards meaningful outcomes, to participate in their community and develop new and maintain existing relationships.
You will be offering care and support to one adult with learning disabilities to ensure the running of their home, health and wellbeing.
You will be required to complete mandatory West Lothian Council training as part of your induction.
You will receive guidance in positive behaviour support strategies and will learn from experienced colleagues and team discussions to develop the skills and confidence needed to respond safely and effectively.
You will be willing to register with the SSSC, join the PVG Scheme, use basic IT systems confidently and work in line with the Christian ethos and values of CrossReach.
