You will be working closely with the Pupil Support Service, so it will be important for you to form strong working relationships to ensure that you are able to meet the deadlines of the service.
You will be required to have strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your work accordingly.
You will manage cases end-to-end, contributing directly to organisational learning and upholding the highest professional standards and values.
