You will work directly with customers in a supported accommodation setting, building trusting relationships and providing practical, emotional, and administrative support. You’ll be part of a dedicated team, working closely with internal colleagues and external agencies to ensure high-quality, safe, and person-centred support.
You will work closely with occupational therapists, surveyors, contractors and housing partners to coordinate housing adaptations, manage grant applications, analyse tenders and ensure works are completed to specification.
You will need to have a minimum of three months recent UK experience working within a healthcare environment in a similar capacity.
