Your responsibilities will include: - Clinical Support: Administering medication and nutrition via PEG feeding. - Physical Assistance: Utilizing Moving and Handling equipment and techniques to ensure safety and comfort.
You will have an ability to undertake robust assessments and care planning which will enable you to update care plans to ensure the outcomes of the individuals are being met, as well as having the flexibility and skills to respond to changing needs of individuals.
You will have good organisational skills and be able to manage a caseload.
You will be directly involved in patient care as well as the development and support of the nursing team to strive and deliver excellence
You must be a First Level Registered Nurse and hold a current UK NMC registration relevant to the area of practice.
