You will be provided with a clear framework whilst still having the autonomy to manage your home with the additional support and infrastructure. You will have access to training and support for continued professional development. This role requires you to be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC), if you are not yet registered, you can still apply, as long as you are willing to apply for registration within 3 months of starting with us and be registered within 6 months.

You will be required to provide this check.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will be based in our newly refurbished head-office in Perth, and report to the Finance Services Manager.

You will be responsible for accurately processing all timesheets on a weekly basis, and on occasion, assisting with purchase ledger tasks. Responsibilities and Activities:

You will process enquiries from a wide range of stakeholders such as the general public, external agencies, Council staff at all levels as well as Elected Members and be expected to do this promptly, efficiently and accurately.

You should have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills as this is a busy and demanding role with often conflicting priorities.
