You will undertake a combination of file-work, face-to-face and telephone/video assessments with customers in relation to PIP OR ESA benefits and provide comprehensive reports to enable decision makers at DWP to make informed decisions regarding benefit claims. Such assessments focus on how a disability affects a customer's day to day life and performing work related activities.

You will be registered with the GDC, fully immunised (Hep B), with the right to work within the UK. A DBS check will also be required. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards within both your role and the practice is essential.

You will be working autonomously, responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.

You will be required to work 1 in 5 Saturday mornings, 1 in 10 inpatient weekends and 1 weekday inpatient duty, with a 1 in 5 Friday inpatient duty. There is no emergency on call, but the rota covers inpatients that are not transferred to our out of hours provider. Employee experience and benefits
