You must have an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or HNC in Social Care or one of the qualifications included on the list for registration as a residential childcare worker with SSSC.

You should be educated to National 5 level and be proficient in various IT systems including Microsoft Office.

You will assist the Service Delivery Manager implement and maintain effective systems of accountability, quality assurance and performance management, ensuring all personal support plans are monitored and reviewed within statutory timescales.
