You will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and wider Sales Operations team to ensure the smooth and successful running of the sales cycle from quoting, to order processing, to invoicing, as well as many other business functions.

You should be motivated to succeed, with a desire to continuously learn and improve.

You will regularly engage with residents, their families, and colleagues as part of your daily activities. Additionally, you will liaise with contractors, coordinate their services and ensure that work is completed to a high standard. Occasional visits to other homes may be necessary to provide cover or as part of planned maintenance activities.
