You will demonstrate leadership and influencing skills, be a good communicator, organised and self-motived. As part of this role, you will work collaboratively onsite, centrally and with our Charity team and our beneficiaries.

You will need excellent IT skills and hold a Level 3 Personal trainer qualification which is essential for the role.

You will play an active role in supporting landowners, developers and project teams through the planning process, from early-stage assessment through to determination and appeal.

You will be confident working independently while contributing positively to team-based project delivery.
