You will be an experienced senior HR professional with: - Strong employee relations expertise and sound knowledge of UK employment law
You will collaborate closely with the key HR Leads in the UK, US & Europe. This will require excellent skills in people management and project coordination.
You will manage one direct report who handles the daily payroll processes and delivery, as well as managing relationships with the benefit suppliers.
You will be providing pivotal support to the Head of HR on various projects for which she will need you to take the lead.
You will also be managing HR contracts -this will include attending meetings, preparing reports, benchmarking other providers, creatively working on maximising returns
You will join the Specialist ER / HR Case Work and Advisory team looking after both Head Office and a number of regional sites in Lincolnshire – but mainly based at HQ Lincoln.
