Key Responsibilities: - Manage a caseload of young people aged 16-18 within the Children in Care pathway. - Undertake statutory visits, reviews, and care planning in line with legislation and local procedures.

You must be able to connect with individuals on a deep level, providing them with customised care, and helping them achieve their individual goals.

You will be assisting individuals with personal hygiene, grooming and dressing, empowering them to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
