You will also have some input on producing and maintaining technical drawings, including: Preparing shop drawings, assembly drawings and general arrangement (GA) drawings for steel structures Revising drawings based on site surveys or fabrication feedback Ensuring all drawings comply with relevant standards and project requirements

You will play a key role in delivering mechanical design solutions across multiple projects, taking part in internal and external design reviews and supporting projects from concept through to installation and commissioning. The business operates within industrial and energy related sectors, delivering engineered solutions to a wide range of customers.

You will be visible on the shop floor, supporting teams day to day by monitoring quality, coaching where standards are not being met, and helping embed best practice across production.

You will understand what good looks like on a factory floor and be confident working alongside production teams to maintain and improve quality.
