You will be working from engineering drawings, carrying out MIG welding and general fabrication using a variety of hand and power tools. This position would suit a Welder/Fabricator with a background in structural steel fabrication, looking for a permanent, full-time role with consistent hours and a strong team environment.

You will carry out installations of equipment manufactured in the workshop along with equipment supplied from external sources and assist with factory shut down periods on maintenance or mechanical projects.

You will have previous experience as a Fabrication Engineer/Fabricator and you will have completed a mechanical engineering apprenticeship with City & Guilds.
