You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver robust, reliable, and manufacturable solutions for demanding environments. Design and develop high-precision mechanical assemblies for aerospace systems and components. Create detailed 3D CAD models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks, ensuring compliance with aerospace drawing standards.

You will lead, coach and develop a shift-based engineering team while remaining actively involved in maintenance, breakdown response, fabrication and improvement work. You'll play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime and building a high-performance, safety-first culture.

You will lead the Facilities Engineering and Utilities Maintenance teams, working closely with Operations, EHS, Engineering, and external contractors to deliver a robust, legally compliant, and cost-effective facilities and maintenance strategy.

You will play a vital role in ensuring safe operations, regulatory compliance, and resilient facilities that underpin the success of the entire business.
