You will lead the Brand Activation sub-team within the Global Brand & Creative Strategy team. In this role, you will work closely with the other sub-team leaders – including Creative Strategy & Design, Brand Strategy, and Operations.
You will also work closely with other functions across the Global Marketing & Communications organization, as well as key business service teams.
You will be expected to confidently own these processes end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and clear communication throughout. About YouThe ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' commercial marketing experience with existing experience in CRM/Email marketing, ideally within a larger organisation where cross-department and stakeholder collaboration is key.
You will be responsible for the local execution of the European divisional strategy, promoting innovative products that improve patients’ lives.
You will partner with the sales organization to support, influence, and execute our JR (hip, knee, and robotics) commercial initiatives across the South of the UK
You must also be a great manager who can shape and develop teams. Driven and disciplined with a keen eye for detail, you’ll be a natural multi-tasker who’s at home on the shop floor and in a broader fast-paced business that includes online and delivery services. Above all, you’ll feel passionately about your store and responsible for its success.
