You will be expected to confidently own these processes end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and clear communication throughout. You will source and encourage enquiries through local engagement, undertake initial visits in the homes of our applicants and accurately record applicant information on our database.
You will be comfortable engaging with the public and existing foster carers, attending events to raise awareness of fostering and help exceed the local recruitment target.
