You will play a key part in supporting planning, data management, scheduling, and documentation tasks-while using your CAD skills to assist with basic technical drawings and updates.
You will be responsible for your own supplier ledger and will work with them to improve processes where necessary by: - Ensuring supplier invoices are received by the deadline given. - Receipt of proof of deliveries - Reconcile/match to orders on our bespoke system. - Request missing documentation from the service provider and ensure prompt receipt, adhering to month end deadlines.
You will support our business and employees by managing and completing HR activities throughout the employee life cycle.
