You will lead their efforts to support industrial distributors across the region, ensuring their products are readily available to customers. This role involves managing the distribution team to drive business development with both new and existing regional distributors and subsidiaries.
You will progress towards the role of an engineer within Engineering Design and the apprenticeship programme takes around five years to complete.
You will also be required to undertake a Mathematics Diagnostic Test at the start of the higher‐level qualification.

You will attend a number of instructor-led training sessions where you will meet and hear from people across the business and take part in a series of interactive activities to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in your role.

You will shape technical assurance, delivery excellence and market growth in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector. Key Responsibilities Lead civil/structural design packages from concept through detailed design and construction support for National Grid and DNO clients
You will work closely with other multi-disciplinary teams supporting the FEED design and detailed design for the civil aspects of Energy projects.
You will ideally be qualified with a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Civil Engineering (or related field), from an accredited institution on route to professional registration as a Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council and ICE is preferred.
