You will lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of construction professionals, subcontractors and suppliers, guiding them through all stages of the build.

You will uphold the highest levels of quality and compliance throughout the construction process, ensuring all works meet both industry regulations and internal standards.

You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, acting as the central point of communication between clients and senior leadership. Your focus will be on planning, execution, risk management, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.

You will be joining at an exciting time as they have growth plans for both revenue and people over the next 3 years. As they grow, there will be career development opportunities and an opportunity to have an impact in a growing business. The successful candidate will have experience in a Business Development role within a Financial Services company.

You will be required to have a full driving licence, access to your vehicle and insurance to cover work travel.
