customer support assistant jobs in Aberdeen

You will work 17 hours over 4 shifts per week across a three week rota.

You will assist with selling, re-stocking and merchandising of our retail range, sharing your knowledge of the products on sale.

You will provide information that will assist our visitors as they move around The Helix and/or beyond and perform general administrative duties including taking telephone enquiries.

You will be required to work within the Laurencekirk CSN. There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
