You will be responsible for a high-value portfolio of mid-market and corporate clients, handling complex risks with premiums typically ranging from 10 – 500kGWP Key Responsibilities - Portfolio Management: Manage the end-to-end administration of a designated corporate portfolio, including renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and general enquiries.
You will be instrumental in maintaining cash collections and reducing overdue debt, ensuring the financial health of the organisation. You will join a busy and vibrant claims handling team where you will manage your own caseload of new and existing property claims. As a Property Claims Handler you will: Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with incoming electronic instructions. Liaise with customers, clients, insurers via the telephone, email and in writing.
You will be dealing with Clients paying premiums up to £10,000.
You will deal with client queries on the phone and by email.
You will provide a comprehensive customer service to meet the insurance needs of a range of clients.
You will join a long standing team who will provide training and guidance where necessary
You will have strong attention to detail as you will be reviewing client documentation, ensuring the information is comprehensive and accurate to support the quoting process
You must have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts to ensure we meet expectations and compliance standards
You will be responsible to train and develop more junior colleagues and be available to assist clients in case of emergency whether this be by physical attendance at a meeting or to provide technical advice.
