You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing interventions to safeguard children and support families in crisis.

You will be an experienced qualified, registered social worker, who has completed your ASYE and have the commitment and passion to be at the forefront of delivering best practice and support to children, young people and families.

You will play a key role in the successful delivery of multiple concurrent schemes, each with values of up to approximately £5m.

You will ensure Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality standards are embedded across all works, promoting a right‑first‑time culture and continuous improvement.

You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet’s core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.

You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.

You will be driven by results, comfortable with data, and excited by the challenge of scaling online revenue in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will have experience in: - Managing eCommerce operations for a B2B or B2C business, ideally within a technical or training-focused sector.
