You will also be required to adhere to the SSSC Code of practice. We have a legal obligation to ensure that we do not employ any worker who has not been granted the relevant permission to work in the UK.

You should have an SVQ Level 3, HNC, Apprenticeship, or equivalent in a building‑related discipline; be Gas Safe registered and/or ACS accredited (with annual renewal of accreditation); and/or NICEIC accredited (or equivalent).

You should also have extended relevant experience, preferably within the gas, electric heating, and renewables sector.

You will lead by example, supporting and guiding your colleagues to provide safe, compassionate and consistent care throughout the night.

You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care and be willing to complete PDA Supervision, PDA Medication, SVQ Level 4 and the Workplace Assessor Award.

You will be joining a dynamic and flexible team who currently operate a hybrid working model of home-working and office-based working at the Civic Centre in Motherwell.
