You will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Support Workers, working closely with children and their families to support their emotional, social, and developmental needs.

You will support the commissioning engineers in all Pre-Commissioning activities & Commissioning / Site acceptance testing activities. During which time you will be further trained by a Commissioning engineer and your progression will be nurtured and tracked. Key Responsibilities:
